Easter Baking Workshop
Celebrate the flavours of spring with our Easter Bakes Workshop — a relaxed, hands-on class perfect for complete beginners and enthusiastic home bakers alike. You don’t need any prior experience; just come ready to learn, knead, shape, and taste.
Across the day, you’ll create a selection of seasonal bakes:
✨ Hot Cross Buns – pillowy, lightly spiced buns packed with plump vine fruits and finished with a glossy, sticky glaze.
✨ Babka – a beautifully swirled enriched dough baked in a loaf tin and filled with sweet layers such as cinnamon, chocolate or fruit.
✨ Semla – traditional Swedish cardamom buns filled with silky almond paste and clouds of vanilla-whipped cream.
You’ll leave with new skills, delicious treats, and the confidence to recreate these bakes at home in time for the Easter weekend. And of course no visit to The Riverford Field Kitchen would be complete without a seasonal lunch prepared by our chefs.

Time: 9.30am - 4.30pm (please note the workshops can run on a little longer, so please be aware if using public transport).
Price: £150 per person
