Terms and conditions for our workshops, dining events and cookery demo's.
Cancellations due to Covid-19
Obviously we are running more relaxed cancellation terms on our dining bookings and workshop bookings. If you have symptoms and need to cancel a booking with us, we will refund in full any deposit or tickets paid. If we need to cancel dining and workshops, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, cookery demo or dining event you have booked and paid for, there are a few options:
A friend or family member is welcome to attend in your place. You will need to provide us with their name, dietary requirements and a contact number and email as soon as possible prior to the event date.
If we receive 4 weeks notice or more - The Riverford Field Kitchen will refund the full cost of the event. However, please note we cannot refund the Eventbrite fee's.
If we receive 2 weeks notice or more, we can transfer you to a different event or date or issue you with a credit for an alternative event or date.
If we have less than 2 weeks notice, the tickets are non-refundable and will not be issued with a credit note or alternative date.
Please note that reservations bought as gifts carry the same cancellation policy.
If we need to cancel an event:
The Riverford Field Kitchen are entitled to cancel any event due to illness or very low numbers, and you will then have the option of a transfer to another course of the same value or a full refund of your payment.
There is a chance that filming/photography could take place throughout your event, please let us know if you would rather not be involved.
