Eating at The Riverford Field Kitchen is an unforgettable experience.  Nestled in the heart of the Riverford farm, we serve a veg-centric seasonal feast, made with ingredients grown just a stone's throw from your plate.

We serve a set menu of inspiring dishes for your to share with your family and friends which we hope will revolutionalise the way you cook veg at home.

The dining experience

We serve a set menu of seasonal, 100% organic, vegcentric dishes. There are no starters or mains, we bring dishes to you table in one long flow for you to share with your family & friends. Uniquely, there is just one sitting and the whole restaurant is served together at the same time.

You will dine in our restaurant where the walls are adorned with dried flowers grown in our garden or during the summer, outside on our new garden terrace beside the herb garden for a true farm to fork experience.

A seasonal set menu

We serve daily changing set menus to make the most of the freshest seasonal produce coming in from the fields.  Our dishes are made to inspire and showcase how veg can be the star of the plate.

We kindly request you do not specify dislikes or preferences as we would love you to try the dishes our chefs have specially created for the service and experience the menu as intended. We have been known to turn many a beetroot or fennel hater into a convert!

Times & Pricing

Brunch (Saturday's only): Arrive from 9.30am for 10am service / £23pp

Lunch (Weds - Sat): Arrive 12.30pm for 1pm service / £32pp

Supper (Weds - Sat): Arrive at 7pm for 7.30pm service / £35pp

Sunday lunch: Arrive at 12pm for 12.30pm service or 3.30pm for 4pm service / £32pp

Please note the restaurant is open Monday and Tuesday lunchtimes during school holidays and December

We offer the same vegcentric menu for both adults and children. Children aged 4-12yrs pay half-price for brunch, lunch & supper. While we don’t provide specific meals for infants aged 3 & under, they can share your dishes, and you can order a dessert* from our pudding menu for them at an additional cost.
