Open for inside and garden dining
As restrictions are lifted, we are pleased to be able to welcome you, your friends and family to the restaurant without keeping to the rule of 6. However we are mindful there are still risks and it is still really important that we continue to do our bit.
Many of our front of house team have not had any vaccinations yet and so will continue to wear face coverings and, whilst we are not insisting on guests wearing masks, we would appreciate them doing so when not seated at their table and continue to respect social distancing.

How to book online:
Use this calendar to check availability and make your booking online. Choose the number in your party from the drop down at the top of the calendar and click on the date you would like. Then click on the bottom drop down menu which will show what times/services are available.
10am brunch (Saturday only) / 12.30 lunch / 7pm supper
12pm and 3.30pm Sunday lunch sittings
When you book, please remember to let us know how many adults, children (4-12 yrs) and infants (under 4) make up the total number of people in your party, and whether you need any highchairs.
Parties of 5 or more are required to pay a £10pp deposit to secure the booking.
*In event of cancellations or party number reductions, deposits and part-deposits can only be refunded with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Brunch £20.00 pp / Lunch £28.00 pp / Supper £32.00 pp
Children aged 4-12yrs are half-price and infants aged 3 and under eat free of charge (puddings are chargeable for infants.). We don't serve a children's menu, we encourage children and infants to try the food from the sharing platters with the adults
If you can’t find a booking to suit or have any queries, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We try to cater for allergies and food intolerances as best we can, so please do let us know of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We can happily cater for vegetarians, vegans and those avoiding dairy and gluten. Our veg-heavy menu, and the numbers of dishes we hope you will try on your visit to us, does mean that certain ingredients cannot be avoided though.
Regrettably we cannot cater for diets avoiding vinegars or sulphites, cooking oils, garlic, sugar (due to pickles, ferments, cordials and puddings), FODMAP or other limited vegetable intake diets. If you do have a restricted diet and would like to dine with us, please do call on us on 01803 227391 to see if your specific requirement is something we are able to cater for.
We kindly request you do not specify dislikes or preferences as we would love you to try the dishes our chefs have specially created for the service and experience the menu as intended. We have been known to turn many a beetroot or fennel hater into a convert!
