Christmas Baking Workshop **sold out**

Christmas Baking Workshop

Get into the festive spirit and elevate your baking skills at our indulgent Christmas Baking Workshop.

The smell of home-baked bread is always tempting but stir in a bit of Christmas spice and it’s an extra special treat. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced baker, this workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to create mouth-watering Christmas treats.

Our guest chef Andy Tyrrell will be your tutor for the day.  You will learn how to bake festive treats such as orange and cranberry brioche, traditional Stollen and a festive focaccia with a veg twist, as well as essential bread making techniques.

Expert Guidance: Andy is an experienced and talented pastry chef, and will be sharing his knowledge, tips, and tricks to help you master the art of Christmas baking. He will provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrate various techniques to ensure your baked goods turn out perfectly.

Hands-On Experience: Put on your apron and roll up your sleeves! This workshop is designed to be interactive and hands-on, allowing you to actively participate in creating your own festive treats.

Andy will also demonstrate how to bake sourdough flatbreads which you will then enjoy as part of your lunch cooked by The Riverford Field Kitchen chefs.

Throughout the workshop, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, seek advice, and gain valuable baking insights from Andy.

We guarantee you will be full of Christmas spirit (and bread!) at the end of the day and you will go away with hands full of festive, handmade treats!
