More Daily Veg Feast with Joe Woodhouse

We’re very happy to welcome chef and photographer, Joe Woodhouse, to The Riverford Field Kitchen, for an unforgettable evening of culinary inspiration as Joe showcases recipes from his latest cookbook, More Daily Veg.

In this new collection of recipes, a companion to the highly acclaimed Your Daily Veg, long-time vegetarian Joe Woodhouse celebrates every day, seasonal vegetables in a fresh, modern way with dishes that always deliver on flavour and satisfaction. With recipes inspired by his travels and work with different cultures over the years, expect to experience the flavours of Ukraine (where his wife is from), Spain, Zanzibar and Brazil to name a few – all with veg as the star of the plate.

Joe, who has been showered with praise by the likes of Nigella Lawson, Anna Jones and Jeremy Lewis, will be creating a veg-centric menu featuring recipes from More Daily Veg, bringing to life the flavour of our seasonal stars in his signature fresh and modern style.
