Fire & Feast: Live-Fire Dining with Genevieve Taylor
Fire & Feast: Live-Fire Dining with Genevieve Taylor
Join us at Riverford Field Kitchen for a spectacular fire-fuelled vegetarian feast with one of the UK’s most respected voices in live-fire cooking.
To celebrate the publication of How to BBQ, Genevieve Taylor brings her two decades of expertise to the farm for an unforgettable evening of elemental outdoor cooking — proving that BBQ is about so much more than meat. Expect bold, flame-licked flavours, beautifully judged smoke and vibrant seasonal vegetables transformed over charcoal and wood.
Drawing on recipes from her brand-new book — packed with over 100 flame-fuelled dishes — Genevieve will showcase the magic of cooking with fire, turning peak-season produce into deeply flavourful, showstopping plates.
This is BBQ as it’s meant to be: generous, seasonal and cooked over real heat. A feast for fire lovers and vegetable enthusiasts.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase a copy of How to BBQ and meet Genevieve for a book signing on the night.
An evening of real food, real fire and unforgettable flavour — we can’t wait to welcome you.
