Please feel free to come a little earlier or stay a little later to take a walk around our Field Kitchen Garden and Polytunnel, or if you are on a half day workshop, book in for lunch or supper here.

Here is a reminder of our terms and conditions: 

Bookings and preparations for most workshops and events at The Riverford Field Kitchen are made months in advance. It is therefore difficult for us to resell any places with short notice of the start of the event.

If you want to cancel your booking less than 3 weeks before the event, we will relist your place for resale to other customers. If we are unable to resell your place in the time remaining, you will forfeit any payment you have made.

Note: You can transfer or sell the booking to another person to attend the same event in your place if you notify us.

If we receive 3 weeks notice or more, we will refund the cost minus the Eventbrite administration fees. If a guest fails to attend for any reason, they would not be entitled to a refund or a re-booking of another event. Please note that reservations bought as gifts carry the same cancellation policy.

If we need to cancel an event:

The Riverford Field Kitchen is entitled to cancel any event at any time and you will be given the option of a transfer to another course of the same value or a full refund.  We will not be liable for any other costs you have incurred such as transport or accommodation.
