Summer Salads & BBQ Accompaniments Cookery Demo
Sit back and take it all in as our chefs create inspiring salads and BBQ accompaniments to make sure veg is the star of your BBQ – all with a Riverford twist of course. Workshops are small groups and have a relaxed atmosphere so plenty of time for questions and hints & tips.
You’ll have a chance to taste the dishes afterwards as part of an unforgettable three-course Riverford lunch, and go home armed with plenty of new ideas to make your BBQ sizzle.
- 10.30am - Welcome to The Riverford Field Kitchen
Arrive at The Riverford Field Kitchen for refreshments whilst your course tutor outlines the plan for the day.
- 10.45am to 12.30pm - BBQ demo
Our head chef will guide you how to make two veg-focused salads featuring seasonal char-grilled veg and inspiring dressings. You'll also learn how to create accompanying dips and sauces such as babaganhoush and beetroot ketchup, as well as gaining tips and tricks for how to create other veg-focused barbecue dishes for you to try at home.
- 12.30pm to 3pm - Lunch
Return to The Riverford Field Kitchen restaurant for an unforgettable three-course organic lunch.
