Spring Veg Cookery Demo
As veg such as cauliflower, broccoli, spring greens and wild garlic come into season, our chefs will show you how to prepare and cook fresh recipes to update your menu for Spring.
The demo will start at 10.30am and will cover a range of dishes using seasonal veg straight from our fields, plus plenty of hints & tips and time for questions.
Afterwards you’ll get to taste the dishes created and enjoy a three-course lunch and go home armed with lots of new recipes to recreate at home.
