Seasonal Winter Veg Cookery Demo
Join us this winter as we show you how to prepare and cook some warming recipes to keep you toasty in the chilly months ahead. Enjoy a fun and relaxed two hour cookery demonstration followed by a three-course lunch in The Riverford Field Kitchen.
Using legendary winter veg such as carrots, kale and cauliflower, as well as the more unusual celeriac and Romanesco, our chefs will leave you feeling inspired to go home and try the recipes for yourself.
The day starts at 10.30am with coffee and a home-baked treat and the demo will begin shortly after. The demo will cover a range of dishes using seasonal veg straight from our fields, plus plenty of hints & tips and time for questions. After the demonstration you will have a chance to enjoy the dishes as part of a three course lunch.
