It's for accomplished or enthusiastic cooks. Those who love trying new things, and see endless opportunities every time they tie their apron. Who want their veg to be the star of the plate. We want to inspire you to roll up your sleeves and cook with creativity, passion and heart.
Our Savour the Season Cookery Demo will show you how to prepare and cook inspiring recipes to help you make the most of the season's produce; to cook sustainably and minimise food waste. We want to help you enjoy tastier, healthier food, knowing that what’s on your plate is planting the seeds for a fairer, more sustainable future: for farmers, for the environment and for the world.
We believe that veg has the power to change lives, and know that it starts right here, in the kitchen.
The day starts at 9.30am with coffee and a home-baked treat and the demo will begin shortly after. The demo will cover a range of dishes using seasonal veg straight from our fields, plus plenty of hints & tips and time for questions.
