Join us for a delightful evening as we celebrate the flavours of summer at our BBQ fish supper in the Field Kitchen Garden. Set in our organic vegetable garden and polytunnel, this dinner promises to be an unforgettable experience and a chance to enjoy the delicious combination of freshly grilled fish and freshly-picked, vibrant garden produce.

For two nights only, our talented chefs will showcase their fire-cooking skills and create an inspiring summer evenings supper. Last year's menu featured dishes such as BBQ mackerel, smoked cods roe, and bagna cauda - an indulgent sauce made from a blend of garlic, anchovies, olive oil, and butter. Of course, we will also showcase organic veg harvested straight from our garden, including seasonal stars such as asparagus, and freshly picked radishes and cucumber from our polytunnel.

You will dine amongst the veg and flowers, and in a throwback to our old dining style, you will be seated on long tables and sharing dishes with other guests.

Date: Thursday 4th July / Friday 5th July

Timings: Field Kitchen Garden Bar opens at 6pm for drinks, dinner will be served for 7pm.

Price: Set menu £40 pre-paid per person (drinks to be purchased on the night)

*Please note we cannot accommodate any special dietary requirements for this event. Unusually for us, this includes vegetarian menus as fish is an integral part of this special menu
